Enhance technical skills for 10 rugby staff members (coaches, sports teachers).

Build a national network of rugby coaches and technicians.
Minimum 24 months of experience in mini/tag/junior rugby.
Experience working with children and youth, especially from vulnerable backgrounds.
Basic knowledge of French or English.
